  1. Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, following directions from spreadsheets, email and video training.
  2. Internet navigation, internet usage and online problem solving.
  3. Common web browsers and programs, and computer hardware and software, including applications and programming.

Tasks:

Note: The following is a list of sample tasks typically performed by Marketing Flow Analyst.  Employees in this occupation will not necessarily perform all of the tasks listed.

Tasks

  1. Follow directions given via email, spreadsheet, video or other communication.
  2. Compile, transcribe, and distribute notes after every work day.
  3. Fill out all spreadsheets accurately and get them back daily.
  4. Complete all daily tasks after assignment is given with a timely manner.
  5. Take detailed notes regarding offers and actions involved in the marketing of the offer.
  6. Manage and maintain a budget given to you daily.
  7. Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
  8. Prepare agendas and make arrangements for committee, board, and other meetings.
  9. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and/or presentation software.
  10. Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
